Idea Submission

In order to review the large number of external ideas we receive, we have a strict process for reviewing suggestions. This process must be followed for us to consider your idea.

In return for your acceptance of the Idea Submission Terms & Conditions, we will consider your idea on a non-confidential, preliminary evaluation basis.

Please note that we receive a lot of external ideas that have been previously disclosed in prior literature and patents or have already been considered or developed by us or others, and many ideas which are not aligned with our business objectives.

1. Protect your idea
You should consider consulting an attorney before submitting your idea.

2. Submission
Review our terms, indicate your acceptance of the terms, and submit a nonconfidential description of your idea online (If you do not accept our terms, we cannot accept your idea).

3. Confirmation
We will send you an e-mail confirming that we received your submission.

4. Attachments
You may reply to the confirmation email to submit any attachments to help us consider your idea.

5. Evaluation
We will have a person in the area of interest review your idea.

6. Response
We will contact you if we are interested in receiving additional information about your idea. This normally takes about a month to complete the initial review.
