The initial touchpoints were phenomenal. As the work came down the pipe regarding scheduling, communication, and any concerns, I got ghosted and was promised things. I had a concern two months ago, and I just got the people back today at my house. When they are selling the product, they do a very good job of selling it, but once they have your initial money, they drop off.
