Qualifying High Performance Pink® homes are built above your local code, primarily through the building envelope, and designed to perform better than other homes. Homes must be min. 5% above local energy code as demonstrated by Rescheck UA Trade Off or Energy Rater documentation.

NOTE: Existing code compliance documentation in the form of REScheck or HERS Rater provided reports which demonstrate the minimum 5% above-code criteria, may be submitted in lieu of building plans.
