The representatives provided amazing service. Their response was incredibly quick. All of their workers were friendly and able to answer any questions we had.

Never. Worst experience from start to finish. Communication terrible. No faith in company and instalation due to lack of meeting any standards that advertised.
The customer service representative from Feldco Factory Direct, LLC who initiated all of this was great, very direct, straightforward, and honest. He was very dedicated to his work. The technicians who came out were very professional, worked well, showed me the corrections and coverups needed, cleaned up everything, and made sure I was satisfied with the product before they left. That was definitely a plus for me.
