The service was good. The salesman was very professional.

The fact that they won't take responsibility for the their worker's negligence is appalling.

Very bad communication between various parts of your company. Sales rep assured us work crews were available to start by a certain date - they weren't. Initial installation was sloppy with shingles placed over a hole that should have been addressed. Initial check for payment was lost. I was told it takes several days for a check to clear once deposited. I worked for the Federal Reserve and know that's not true. Could go on but feel my blood pressure rising.

The crew was very nice and friendly they walk me through the steps and asked me questions how did I like the service they were wonderful I would recommend them anytime
