I absolutely recommend Real 1 Construction. I recently had a roof replacement, and some other damage repaired on a rental property in Dumfries. The finished work is beautiful. Jason is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I have a very difficult Tennant living there. Jason was outstanding with reasoning with her and very kind to a very disagreeable renter.

Courteous and professional from beginning to end. After the roof was completed, Real 1 Construction LLC came back and took photos of my new roof so I was able to submit the photos to my home insurance to get a reduced premium.
