Tiffany is a wonderful person to work with. She is responsive and answers all questions thoroughly, even helping a customer to understand what they don't know they don't know.

I needed my roof replaced and had vetted 5 different companies. They all came out and gave me quotes with a full description of what they would do. After many recommendations for one particular company, Shylee’s Roofing, I decided to go with them. They had excellent prices, excellent customer service and communication. They answered all my questions and easy to work with. Throughout the job, they texted me pictures of every step of my roof tear-off and re-roof. Their clean-up was so much better than expected and they were very considerate of my property. Tiffany Swisa, and her husband Dave are the owners and always immediately responded to all my questions and concerns. They went above and beyond all my expectations. When you are spending that kind of money, you want a dependable, stand-up company. I came across Shylee's Roofing on our local West Hills Facebook community page. I could not help but notice that all of the people in my area were speaking so highly about this company. Specially about Tiffany, who is the owner of the company. Every comment on Facebook stated that they don't have salesman, they are honest, fairly priced and most importantly, that they run a very, very tight ship. After reading all the positive comments, I was a tad bit skeptical but I decided to give them a call. I called Tiffany at around 9:30am. She picked up right away and I could tell from the background noise that she was at a job site. She was very kind, informative, knowledgeable and beyond professional. I let her know that my wife and I are in need of a new roof and asked when she could have someone stop by to provide me a bid. Tiffany asked if 1pm would work for me. I asked her if she was talking about the same day and she said yes, I can have Dave stop by between 1pm-3pm. I agreed and we hung up. Exactly on time, Dave showed up with knee pads on, ladder in hand, tape measure, clip board and ready to climb up on the roof. First impressions are important to me. They passed with flying colors. He did his thing and informed me that I would receive a bid via email. The next morning, I check my emails and see that at 11:30pm of the same day that Dave showed up, the bid was sent over. I had two other company's come out and my experience with both were horrible compared to Shylees. One company flaked on me twice, and showed up the third time around but I didn't hear back from them for over a week. The third company's guy couldn't even get out of his truck without complaining of how bad his back hurt as a result of falling through someone's roof a few years back. No professionalism, dressed like he just got out of bed. To make things worst, he asked me if he could get the square feet off of one of my other bids. Long story short, it also took over a week for me to hear back from company #3. Company #2 & 3 offered a 20 year warranty on materials while Shylees offered me a 50 year warranty. Not to mention that Shylee's used all Owen's Corning which is quality versus the other company's whom were using a non-brand materials which are far less in quality. Shylee's crew showed up on time, they tore my roof off in one day. I passed inspection and they came back and installed and completed the roof in one day! They cleaned up everything to a tee and I could not speak any higher of what a positive experience I had with Tiffany and Dave of Shylee's Roofing. If you want to cut corners and deal with being flaked on, having to follow up, just to get a bod, hire the competitors. If you want quality and a professional experience, go with Shylees. You truly get what you pay for. A+ service from start to finish. Lastly, Shylee's Roofing is a family run business, Dave is such a calm and collective guy. He really made me feel comfortable speaking with him. He answered all of my 1000 questions and made me feel truly comfortable during the whole experience Tiffany is a joy to work with. She does what she says and goes the extra mile to ensure that her customers are satisfied and happy!
