The gentleman that came out to measure was a great guy. His assistant back at the office, she didn't return calls. I was told 4-5 different things and jumped around. I paid the deposit they requested, then they asked for another $2000.00–$3000.00 a day later. They had not even started my roof or scheduled a date. They had to transfer me to a supervisor and completely cut her out.

Everything was a smooth process and the customer service from each person along the way was excellent. Also, I am remarked at how quickly my roof was installed.

They were great from start to finish with the estimates answering my questions. They were great from completing the project to explaining the lifetime warranty on the shingles. The 50-year warranty on the shingles and the lifetime warranty on their work on the roof. I was just extremely satisfied with them from start to finish. They said the shingles have a 50-year warranty since the class 4, and they're good to up to 2-inch hail, and they're also fire resistant and then their workmanship has a lifetime warranty on the house and what's nice is if we sell the house, we can transfer the warranty on the shingles one time.
