The crew got to work as soon as they arrived and worked hard the whole time, and they cleaned up as they went along. They did a great job.

Smith Roofing showed up with a crew of 11 men and the supervisor. They finished 30 squares of shingles and replaced 26 sheets of decking and cleaned up in 6 hours. Amazing to watch a well organized crew work!

Smith Roofing Company was frustrating as a client. Their project manager was not responsible and did not show up numerous times, and the company didn't know about his whereabouts. On several occasions they cut corners, and with me as their client I was the one to bring it to their attention to force it to be corrected. The project manager did not notice any of it.

My wife and I feel like Thomas gave us reasonable price to replace all the old flashing as well as replacing the cap, cleaning and sealing our chimney and a complete roof replacement. Also, we are very pleased with the leadership of project manager Rickie Leinenweaver and his crew who was led by Margrito as they did a magnificent job in one day.
