We had an urgent need for a re-roof, caused by high winds that tore off half our shingles. We called the company phone number, received a prompt response from Udi, and met him a day later for an assessment. Udi provided us a great deal of information in that no-pressure consultation, previewing the various stages of the process for us and answering our many questions. When, after evaluating our options, we decided to proceed with Eclipse, Udi mapped out an estimated schedule—one which reflected, with precision, what actually unfolded. Because our project was not scheduled to begin for another week or so, we asked him if his team could cover our roof with plastic to protect it from the extremely high winds that would be returning later in the week. His team arrived the next day and did such an impressive, aesthetically-pleasing job of covering the roof that we knew immediately that we were working with a professional, caring company. Udi supervised his team well and communicated with us regularly, promptly answering our questions as they arose. His team demonstrated dedication, respect, and strong work ethic. We noticed this not only in their handiwork but in their thorough clean-up job each day. Another positive note: Udi hired a port-a-potty to be delivered to our house for his team’s use. The port-a-potty company was highly professional and courteous as well, arriving precisely on time the first day and removing the item promptly the day after the roofing project was complete. The final product is absolutely beautiful and far and above what we’d expected. The recommendations Udi made were spot-on; the staggered shingle approach immediately elevated our house’s appearance. The expert work of the team resulted in a roof that looks robust and sturdy—exactly what we’d hoped for, particularly during inclement weather. Beyond Eclipse’s assistance with laying plastic on our roof both before the project began and between working days, we also can’t thank Udi enough for his willingness to assist us with promptly fortifying an awning that had also been damaged in the high winds.
