They were able to start the job a week early, and they finished on time. They did a good job cleaning up after they were done and I was happy with the quality of work and their professionalism.

We were thoroughly impressed and pleased by Roof Repair Specialist in every way possible. From promptness, to cleanliness during the process, to responsive and, of course, excellent work, it was a great experience to work with Roof Repair Specialist.
They need to improve their communication. Site clean up could have been better. They leaned materials against the walls and left stains and marks on the stucco. There was some sloppy work to be addressed. The job lead returned on a Saturday (an hour late) and did a satisfactory job addressing my concerns. I’m still waiting for my job and inspection summary. They were very prompt in sending out the invoice. They should be that prompt in all aspects. They used quality materials and promptly forwarded the warranty as soon as we paid the invoice
