I was kept informed on all aspects of the work done. When additional work needed was found, I was shown pictures of the additional damage to show that the work did need to be done. However, I was not pressured into doing anything. The workmen arrived on time and worked consistently each day.

The office personnel were very communicative. The Superintendent should be more present to catch issues rather than wait for the homeowner to identify them.
