I had "dreaded" having to replace my roof, but from the very first call with KLAM, their professionalism made it easy and enjoyable. Abel spent almost two hours assessing the situation, and explained in great detail what was needed. The communication was flawless (kudos Katie), the workmanship was outstanding (kudos Manuel), the hardworking crew made sure that every step of the process was professional. They kept the property spotless and corrected long-standing ventilation problems on my home, so the roof is now much better than new. I continue to be impressed by Abel, whose personal final inspection involved going up on the roof again and meticulously checking out every detail firsthand. This company is 100% a pleasure to do business with.
