The Elliott team has been great to work with!

They were very easy to work with. They responded to all of my questions. They did a good job as far as I know. I am happy with it. It is still up there with all the wind we had had. I guess they did it good and proper.

They are very nice, friendly and did a good job.

They were great in the beginning, even helped with insurance, but after I signed the contract I did not hear back for over a month. Then when I did get in contact with them again, after several calls from myself, it took another month for me to get them out to the property to start the roof replacement. After the roof was replaced, I had to call several times to get someone out to install the gutters. Meanwhile they left the old gutters laying in the backyard, with screws and sharp edges exposed, for almost 3 months before someone finally picked them up after my calling again!

From the beginning, when I first contacted them, they were extremely friendly and helpful. I can hear the smile on them while they spoke. I understand how difficult customer service is, so I know when to appreciate it. They were able to send out a salesman to inspect my roof fairly quickly, despite them being backed up after a hail storm. Drew was the salesman who assisted me through the whole process of my roof repair. He worked with me and gave me a fair and honest estimate. Once the project began, I was very impressed on the quality and haste the crew displayed! Peyton was the project manager who overlooked everything and even threw in extra small details that I thought were nice. 1 day, was all it took to finish two roofs and the redecking! That seriously impressed me. After everything was complete, Elliott Roofing sent me the final invoice, but I noticed a discrepancy with it. I was being overcharged...It had me worried and stressed over it for about a month. Once I scheduled a meeting with my initial salesman, we looked it over it and we were able to address the problem, it was finally fixed with the help of Amy. Turns out, the claims department that they contract made an error, and it honestly costed me alot of stress. Thankfully, it was caught, fixed, and made right. It revived my hopes in the company again. Elliott Roofing is full of hard working and professional personal!
