Very competent at all levels of interaction... I've never worked in an organization that didn't have some weakness in the chain, but everyone here was as good as it gets. So I can't answer your question #18; each individual and the workers were excellent.

WB&R squeezed us in earlier than expected which we were so grateful for. They were fast but also thorough and did a marvelous job cleaning up.
