The company was very responsive from the first request for a quote. Brian was my rep and after his inspection of the roof, he explained all the problems he saw and had pictures to back it up. He was very knowledgeable about special roofing needs that my house required, as well as the roofing materials they offer. He was not pushy and even gave me some pointers on what to ask if I was receiving other quotes.

Mills Roofing comes with a very high recommendation, however their prices are much higher than most. I was disappointed with the end result in that the nails used poke through the underside of the eaves, leaving unsightly marks. I will most likely need to repaint that part of the house. They did tell me the nails used to code would be different than what was previously used, however, I did not expect to have this be the end result. Also, a roofing nail was left in the driveway, puncturing a tire.
