*Sigh* where to start? Jim was our rep. From the bait and switch with the pricing, with the lack of communication once the deposit as taken, the extensive damage that was done to the property itself, and the absolute lack of responsibility Jim took for his missteps, I would be hard-pressed ever to suggest WMR to a friend. An enemy?? Yes...

Overall a good job, done well at a decent price. Had some issue with extra charges- see #15. Areas of Improvement comments below.

The team was professional and hard working. We are very happy with the new roof!
