Total Roofing and Construction is equipped to handle all commercial projects. Our project managers have experience in project sizes from storage garages to Chicago high rises. We are a full service commercial roofing company that services Illinois and northwest Indiana. As we have been for the last 30 years, we continue to be fully licensed, bonded and insured. We have our own in-house roofing installers that allow us to provide the highest quality, follow the latest safe practices, and present a comprehensive and complete overview of the entire installation. Every time a member of the Total Team is on a jobsite, we’re confident Total Satisfaction will be provided.

Professional, couteous, knowledgeable staff.
I called Total Roofing & Construction Services Inc when I had a leak in my roof. They came out and assessed what the leak was and told me that it was hail damage on my roof from a prior storm. They told me that I needed to file a claim with my insurance company, and I filed the claim. Thankfully, I had Total Roofing & Construction Services Inc there through the whole process because they assisted me with the insurance company. Had they not been there to file a supplemental report, statements, and things like that, I don't think that my insurance company, State Farm, would have paid as much as they did if Total Roofing & Construction Services Inc not been in my corner to assist me.
Communication was great
From start to finish, Justin and TRC crews were professional and addressed our needs
They were really proactive. The manager, Jessie, showed great energy and customer service.
