The experience with Bordner Home Improvement was excellent and top-notch.

My coordinator, Troy Wahlborg, took extra pains to coordinate the shingle color with the paint and trim colors of the house.

Troy Wahlborg was a very strong reason we got our roof covered by our insurance Co. He was here every time they came out to inspect. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous to us throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend him and Bordner roofing.

The product is very good. The installation NOT good. There was damage to my house: front screen window ripped; small tree damaged; down spout smashed. I took photos, sent to the project manager. He ignored my messages. Someone reached out to me 6 days later asking if I'd give feedback (expecting it to be positive). I explained the situation to her. SHE got things moving and I finally got a call from the project manager who said, "Yes. I saw the photos. I showed them to my workers and they said it was like that before". Uh. NO it was not. He then said he'd be out the next day to fix it. He never showed up. I then contacted the person from whom I signed the contract and he finally got action. I don't look for perfection--it doesn't exist. I DO expect response and a company to stand by their work. Because of this project manager, I cannot recommend Bordner.

Sales, scheduling, material delivery, installation, and especially José Wember, the Project Manager were all fantastic!
