I already have recommended them to people.
I did not like the way Universal Roof & Contracting handled the final billing.
Universal Roof & Contracting services were good. My only complaint is they have a very long waitlist, and the scheduling takes them more than a month. Other than that, they kept the timeline as promised, and the work was done as promised. I have no complaints, and I'm satisfied with the workmanship.
They were a very professional company, especially David. I liked everything from the presentation to the follow-up at the end. I would recommend them to anyone.
They did a good job. Everything went according to plan. The project manager, Yordanis, did a good job handling all the things that needed to be done.
