Our initial call was quickly answered by Lucas who got the ball rolling for an initial roof assessment and estimate of the work. Nathan, who was the first on site representative, was courteous and well prepared to assess our roof. He assured us that he would send the estimate via email which he did promptly as promised. We were impressed with how well it went from there. The communication between us was exceptional. It was a rare occurrence in this time of failure by many companies that don't even respond to customer inquiries. As a result, we accepted their offer and proceeded with the project. Again, we can't say enough about the interaction between Nathan and us as to when the supplies would be delivered to when the project would be started and completed. The roof was well done and we couldn't be happier. We would not hesitate to recommend Rockingham Roofing to friends and neighbors.
