APPLICATIONS
LifeMat® Pasting Mat is manufactured specifically for use in lead-acid batteries. Main applications include enhanced flooded batteries (Stop/Start), SLI applications for cars and trucks, and AGM for industrial and automotive applications.
LifeMat® Retainer Mat is manufactured specifically for use in lead acid batteries in conjunction with a PE/PU separator. This product can be adhered directly to the separator or utilized during the enveloping process and is suitable for use in heavy duty battery applications such as: Heavy goods vehicles, uninterrupted power supply, golf carts, forklift trucks, and submarines.
LifeMat® Retainer Mat is manufactured specifically for use in lead acid batteries in conjunction with a PE/PU separator. Labeling
Each individual package is labeled with information including: product name, producing plant, production date, and shows a unique ID allowing full traceability. Additional weights and widths are available upon request by your Owens Corning representative.Storage
It is recommended that the material is stored in a cool, dry area in which the temperature should not exceed 35°C and the relative humidity should be maintained below 75%. Material should remain in its original packaging until immediately before use. It is advised that stock rotation of the material is exercised. However, if the above conditions are respected, the material is guaranteed against significant deterioration for a period of three years.Regional Availability
